CISCO SYSTEMS NAMES CIRILLO AS NEW BOARD MEMBER
NEW YORK--Mary Cirillo, executive vice president and managing director of global institutional services at Bankers Trust, was recently appointed to Cisco Systems' board of directors.
A friend of John Chambers, the president and CEO of Cisco, Cirillo says she was appointed because Cisco wanted "more of the buying side point of view" on its board. She says she is interested in learning how a company like Cisco handles its "enviable growth.
