Peter Carney resigned his post as president of Govpx Inc. effective Sept. 1. His title of chief executive officer was assumed by Lawrence Leuzzi, chairman of Govpx, three months ago in anticipation of his departure, Leuzzi says. The position of president will not be filled. Carney says he resigned because "I consider my job here basically done." He declines to discuss his plans for the future.
