S&P, Telekurs In Talks Of Data Sharing Pact

NEW YORK--McGraw-Hill's Standard & Poor's and Telekurs are currently in discussions, most likely about possible data sharing and cross-marketing agreements, according to Barry Raskin, president of Telekurs Financial (USA). This refutes widespread rumours of an acquisition or merger in the offing.

According to Raskin, both companies are currently exploring ways to broaden their existing relationship and leverage each other's strengths in various areas.
