Interdealer broker Cantor Fitzgerald has hired Cynthia Meyn as managing director of fixed income front-office systems. Meyn, who left Fuji Capital Markets last March, where she was director of technology, is involved with the pending launch of the Cantor Financial Futures Exchange (CFFE--see related story this issue). Meyn, who has also worked at Lehman Brothers and Morgan Stanley, works as part of chief information officer Frederick Varacchi's team.
