MSCI Names Iyer MD
Index data and risk analytics vendor MSCI has hired Anand Iyer as a managing director to head its multi-asset-class research in New York. Iyer reports to global head of index and applied research Remy Briand, and leads a research agenda initially focused on developing fixed-income research and investigating opportunities in defined contribution pensions. He joins MSCI from Investcorp International, where he was chief information officer and head of alternative beta and portable
