ISE SHUFFLES OFFICERS

The International Securities Exchange's (ISE's) board of directors elected a new chairman and CEO. David Krell, a co-founder of the ISE, will retire from his position as ISE's president and CEO and will become chairman effective Jan. 1. Filling his position as president and CEO will be ISE co-founder Gary Katz, who is presently the ISE's COO. Current chairman Frank J. Jones will step down, but will remain on the board.
