IPC OPENS SHANGHAI OFFICE
Turret and VoIP network provider IPC has opened an office in Shanghai, China, to provide support to existing customers in the region and to reach new clients. The office is IPC's seventh in Asia-Pacific. The vendor has a total of 24 offices worldwide. The new addition is led by Helena Hu, who joined IPC from Reuters. IPC officials say the new opening comes after IPC installed trading floors in several domestic Chinese and global banks in China. The turret vendor is
