HUMAN FACTORS

NEW YORK—BT Radianz is kicking off the New Year with a senior management shuffle and an eye toward expanding into over a dozen additional markets by year's end.

For starters, Rick Snape stepped into the role of CEO on Dec. 30, and Mark Akass, previously vice president and head of engineering, was named chief technology officer (CTO).

Snape succeeds Howard Edelstein, who will remain with BT Radianz in an advisory capacity. Snape has served as general manager of the company's extranet business unit
