Donovan's Swift Departure

NEW YORK—After a brief 20-month tenure as head of the securities industry division (SID) of the Society for Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication (Swift) and member of its executive committee, James Donovan resigned from his position last week.

Donovan declines to comment on his next post, but says the timing of his departure is a logical "break point," as Lázaro Campos, head of Swift's banking division and member of the executive committee, will take over as CEO when Leonard Schrank
