Brokerage continues diversification as it signs deal with Abide Financial
ICAP, a markets operator and provider of post-trade risk mitigation and information services, has made a strategic investment in regulatory reporting specialist Abide Financial.
The investment is a cash-for-equity deal made through ICAP's early stage funding programme Euclid Opportunities, part of the post-trade division of ICAP.
