Markit Launches Loan Covenant Interface
Data services provider Markit has launched Markit Loan Covenant Library, a web services interface that makes possible more sophisticated analysis of loan covenant data, according to Gautam Moorjani, managing director and global head of reference data at the company.
The service has begun with data extracted from the credit agreements of about 1,200 commercial loans or bonds, says Moorjani. The service will eventually shift from a web services interface to a direct web interface format, he adds.
Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
