Broadridge to Access Buy Side With Paladyne Acquisition

Broadridge Financial Solutions’ acquisition of Paladyne Systems, a provider of investment management systems to buy-side clients, is a “foundational entry” into the buy-side space for Broadridge, according to the company’s president of securities processing solutions, New York-based Charlie Marchesani.
