Regulation Main Driver for Data Investment, says DataFlux Survey

LONDON - Compliance with industry regulation is the main driver for investment in data, according to a DataFlux survey presented at the DataFlux briefing in London in June.

The survey revealed that the expectation around future regulation is high, with 91% of participants claiming they expect more regulation in the coming five years. Compliance concerns have remained in the spotlight, and future regulation is expected to focus on security, accuracy and data quality, according to survey
