Perfect Info Preps Global Support Operations
UK-based filings data vendor Perfect Information has established a support office in Mumbai, India, and plans to set up additional customer support operations in Asia and North America during 2011.
The vendor decided to open an Indian office after conducting an internal usage analysis of its products, which revealed that users in the country accounted for 17 percent of the vendor’s total end-user numbers and 54 percent of overall usage of its products—a result of many of Perfect Info’s clients
