Townsend Opens European Office
ORGANIZATION AND STRATEGY
Townsend Analytics, a provider of streaming data and electronic trading technology, has established a European office in London headed by former Instinet manager Rustam Lam.
Lam is responsible for broadening the use of the company’s core product RealTick, a real-time market data and direct access trading platform, and supporting existing European customers. Order routing to European firms accounts for approximately 10 percent of Townsend’s business, Lam says.
