Thomson Corp. to Buy CCBN

Thomson Corp. has finalized an agreement to acquire Corporate Communications Broadcast Network (CCBN), a provider of corporate communications, it was announced last week. The deal comes in the midst of a lawsuit between the two and confirms rumors of Thomson’s acquisition plans.
