Bloomberg Invoice Policy Causes UK Client Concerns

LONDON--Bloomberg's new policy of faxing invoices to UK clients, implemented last month, is causing a number of concerns for user firms. Most significantly the policy may cost UK clients hundreds of thousands of pounds unexpectedly.
Carolyne Moss, chairman of the Information Providers Users Group (IPUG), says, "User feeling [in the UK] is notably strong over two issues in particular.
One of the issues our members are concerned about is the faxing of invoices, the other is the VAT [Value Added Tax
