BISAM Acquires FinAnalytica, Bringing Together Performance, Risk Analytics
FinAnalytica's Cognity risk analytics platform will remain as a standalone offering for the near future.
William Haney, BISAM's CEO, tells WatersTechnology that FinAnalytica's Cognity risk analytics platform will continue to operate as a standalone offering, but B-One users could have views of the Cognity analytics, or vice versa, "almost immediately."
Haney says that firms want a more unified approach to risk and performance. BISAM's B-One performance and attribution solution has established itself as a leading platform in the space, and was named as the best such provider at last year's Buy-Side
