By allying with “smart” software providers, the vendor will be better placed to help clients meet the impending regulatory requirements of the MiFID, European Market Infrastructure Regulation and Market Abuse Regulation directives, says Ralph Achkar, product director at Colt.

After going over each regulation in detail to identify key technology-related areas where it can provide solutions to support its clients with regulatory compliance, Colt wants to utilize its assets as infrastructure
