Markit's Trogni Discusses Information Mosaic Acquisition
The move will help Markit to strengthen its corporate actions suite of solutions.

Michele Trogni, co-head of solutions for Markit, says that the deal was made to help the financial information services provider round out its front-to-back corporate actions and securities processing capabilities.
