Kelsey, who most recently ran her own consultancy, M Kelsey Advisors, has worked with San Francisco-based consultancy International Solutions Network and executive coaching organization Making Great Leaders since leaving Thomson Reuters in 2011 after nine years at Thomson Reuters, Reuters and Loan Pricing Corp (LPC), a stint at Pitney Bowes, and a separate, eight-year stint at LPC.

At Vantage, Kelsey reports to Devin Daly, executive vice president of sales and service.
