West Highland Readies Asia Support Ops
Remote systems monitoring and support provider West Highland Support Services is planning to open a support center in Singapore to service clients in Asia-Pacific, and to establish a business development presence to expand its client base in the region.
West Highland has sent partner Don Divers to the region for six months to meet existing clients and generate new business, and is planning to relocate two engineers from New York - who have already been providing remote support to local clients -
