Jackson National Asset Management Deploys IHS Markit's Fixed Income Tools

The Chicago-based asset manager is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jackson National Life Insurance Company.

The tools provide independent pricing, transparency and liquidity data for fixed income instruments to support risk management, price verification, compliance and trading workflows.

"High quality, timely and transparent data is crucial to ensure our valuations processes are as accurate as possible," said Dan Koors, chief operating officer of JNAM, in a statement. "We are confident that Markit's fixed income and fair value pricing services offer a best-in-class solution to meet our needs."

JNAM has $43 billion under management.
