Overbond Launches Primary Bond Origination Platform With Data Analytics, Price Discovery
The platform will bring more transparency to the bond issuance process

Overbond was established in 2015 with the objective of building a platform for primary bond origination and connecting bond market issuers, dealers, and fixed-income investors. The vendor unveiled the platform earlier this year, but now, investors are able to connect to the network.
"The platform helps bond market participants come together in a digital way as opposed to the old way of originating bonds that has traditionally been fragmented, over-the-counter and over the phone," says Vuk
