New York-based trading technology provider Strike Technologies has completed a major upgrade of its ultra-low-latency StrikeNET microwave network between the CME Group's datacenter in Aurora, Illinois and Nasdaq OMX's datacenter in Carteret, New Jersey and is now able to deliver market data with a one-way latency of 4.17 milliseconds - down from 4.25 milliseconds when the route went live in May. The offering is also now available in 5MB and 10MB discretionary bandwidth packages.
