Orange Partners Nice for Voice Recording
Trader Replay enables traders to listen to calls quickly and accurately, allowing faster dispute resolution and delivering improved overall efficiency, according to Yaron Morgenstern, general manager of the trading floor business at Nice.
The technology is already in use at a financial services institution in Paris, although the identity of this business has not been divulged. It is available on Orange's Open Trade Store.
"On high-pressure trading floors, understanding trade and news information accurately can make a huge difference, says Morgenstern. "We see that demand for fast and easy access to previous calls is essential, which is why we have developed Trader Replay. Together with Orange, we have introduced a unique market offering."
