GreySpark Completes SEF Research Paper

London based capital markets consultancy GreySpark Partners has published the final section of a three-part series of whitepapers looking at swap execution facilities. The report, dubbed SEF Aggregation: Approaches, Pitfalls and Solutions, details how to resolve issues around fragmented liquidity - in particular, the challenges of aggregating prices from multiple SEFs in order to meet pre-trade price and post-trade transparency requirements mandated by the Dodd-Frank Act in the US and MiFID 2 in Europe.
