London-based network technology vendor Exponential-e has rolled out a 100 Gigabit direct connection to the London Metal Exchange to provide ultra-low-latency connectivity to the exchange's market data and trading platform, enabling faster execution for more than 250 trading firms connected to the vendor's network. Exponential-e now provides ultra-low-latency connections to more than 40 exchange venues, officials say.
