Deutsche Börse in Juniper Switch

German exchange group Deutsche Börse has selected Juniper Networks to power its new trading and market data connectivity service for the exchange’s Eurex derivatives and Xetra cash markets.

The service, which is based on Juniper’s QFX3500 infrastructure, will allow the exchange to provide 10-Gigabit Ethernet connections through its co-location centers in Frankfurt in an effort to improve speed and efficiency, and remove legacy barriers for customers.
