Julian Croxall, a former vice president of M&A technology at Merrill Lynch and director at technology services provider Richard Fleischman & Associates, last week unveiled Cambridge CTO, a consultancy that provides an outsourced chief technology officer function to assist firms that require strategic technology guidance - including for market data management - but do not have resources in-house to support a full-time role. The service is available at three levels, according to a firms' needs -
