Barchart Preps Online CRB Yearbook Data

Chicago-based data vendor Barchart will next year transform its CRB Commodity Yearbook product, which provides global supply and demand data and other information for commodities and futures contracts, into an online database.

As well as supply and demand data - including the amount of corn produced in each state, how much is used to produce ethanol or is exported and end-of-day prices - the product will include price charts and profiles of commodities markets, and the vendor's archive of 50
