BOX Datacenter Move Attracts Clients
By moving its operations into the Equinix NY4 datacenter in Secaucus, NJ, the Boston Options Exchange (BOX) has attracted five or six new clients and has improved the speed of its operations, according to exchange officials.
BOX went live in the datacenter on May 14. The attraction for BOX's new participants is the proximity to other exchanges' operations also housed in the same datacenter, according to Alan Grigoletto, senior vice president, business development and marketing, at BOX.
