One would think Reuters and the other Globex partners -- the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade -- would be out celebrating. Volume is up 84 percent. Live terminals have increased by 43 percent in the first half of the year. And a Reuters-developed package of technical enhancements is just about done. But even with all the good news, there haven't been any parties lately.
