SHEN MILSOM & WILKE ACQUIRES INTERPORT
Interport Financial, a trading room technology consultant, has been acquired by Shen Milsom & Wilke (SM&W), a technology consultant company that specializes in telecommunications, multimedia and acoustics. The combined unit plans to provide trading floor design, as well as video, multimedia and network security services, say officials at both companies.
