Hogan Systems Inc. is seeking to sell its International Money Management System (IMMS). The company is "talking with several potential buyers for the product," according to a spokeswoman. She says Hogan lost its marketing focus for the product after key personnel left the company. Among the 12 users of the risk management system is Bank of Tokyo, Continental Bank, J.P. Morgan & Co., Bank of New York, Midland Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Westpac Banking Corp.
