BIG User Group Gets Formal, Invites Brokers, Fund Mgrs To Sign Up

Brokerage Information Group--which until now has been an informal group of securities firms meeting to address a few specific issues--is poised to open its doors as a formalised user group. The group's founders have drafted a letter to be sent to securities firms and fund management firms in Asia, inviting them to become shareholders in BIG.
The formation of the body is set to be announced at a meeting of shareholders and would-be shareholders scheduled for Sept. 25 in Hong Kong, says Baring
