Former UBS Team Joins Forces With Thomson Research For Software Tools

LONDON--A team of investment bankers from the London office of Union Bank of Switzerland have left to form a technology start-up that has entered into a joint venture with Thomson Financial Services' newly formed Thomson Research group. Called Zebra City, the start-up has acquired the rights to a set of UBS software tools that the bank's merger partner, Swiss Bank Corp., has decided it no longer needs.
