St. Louis Grudge Match Pits Jim Yates Against Former Colleagues At Bridge

Former Bridge executive Jim Yates is fighting to establish his claim to 180,000 shares of common stock in Bridge Information Systems Inc. Bridge and its directors say Yates has no right to the shares. Yates' petition seeks delivery of the shares, injunctive relief and punitive damages. His petition was filed Sept. 14, 1987. The trial began April 23, 1990.
