Two former Spectrasoft Inc. executives have founded Money Line Corp., a start-up data distributor based in New York and bent on redistributing Govpx Inc.'s Treasury data via a 56 kilobit/second digital feed. The aggressively-priced Money Line feed will comprise Govpx data only, along with pages of the bond analytics on which Spectrasoft, a New York-based bond applications specialist, made its name.
