NYSE has waited two years to get the go-ahead in its stocking, after initially receiving approval in late 2006, only to have the SEC stay the fees after ardent objections from Web interest group NetCoalition, which represents companies including Bloomberg, as well as Google and Yahoo, both of which previously used NYSE Arca data to provide real-time data to their Web sites.

The Web sites previously used data from Arca because as an ECN, prior to its purchase by NYSE, Arca provided its market data
