Reuters and Dow Jones Top UK Survey

Reuters and Dow Jones Newswires are the highest ranked market data and news providers, respectively, in UK dealing rooms, according to a new survey from Kimsey Consulting. The survey--of about 15,000 trading positions at about 60 banks and brokerages--found that users are most satisfied with Reuters’ market data and Dow Jones’ news.
Reuters also has the lion’s share of the market data market in the UK with about 40 percent of the market and just under 50 percent of all information service budgets
