OPRA Adding Best Bid and Offer

The Options Price Reporting Authority (OPRA) is changing the symbology of financial instruments and providing best bid and offer data. And later this month it is introducing a Web site that will provide forms and information about the organization and later account information.
In the run-up to decimalization, OPRA had to accommodate format changes, adding a bigger symbol, expiration year and explicit strikes. Now it is eliminating the redundant formats. So, for example, now that it has explicit
