Reuters Forecasts More Positive Q2, Gloomy H2

Reuters last week released better than expected financial results for the first quarter of 2004 as a result of several new deals. However, revenues continue to drop.

First quarter revenue fell to £598 million from £670 million in the first quarter of 2003, with core recurring revenue down 8.4 percent.
