Dow Jones & Co. and Group W Satellite Communications, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Broadcasting Co., last week agreed in principle to purchase assets of Financial News Network Inc. reportedly for around $90 million. But other members of the Infotechnology Inc. group, including the company's market data service providers, remained unsold.
However, at press time, there were reports that a contract to acquire FNN:PRO, FNN's joint venture with Infotechnology that combines market data with motion
