Oster Sells Out To Dow Jones

Oster Communications is selling its two-thirds interest in Oster Dow Jones Commodity News to its partner, Dow Jones Newswires, it said last week. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
After the sale closes—scheduled for Tuesday, July 6—Dow Jones will rename the service Dow Jones Commodity Service.
John Hitchcock, currently the joint venture’s vice-president for sales and marketing, who will oversee the operations of the service under Dow Jones, says the company plans to rationalize overlapping
