Type a term into a Web search engine today and it becomes abundantly clear just how limited the Web is. The present Web cannot distinguish meaning, nor can it put terms or concepts into context. As a result, searching for a specific term such as "Columbus" can pull up Web pages on everything from the 15th century explorer to the city in Ohio
