CMM Cuts the Code Chaos

Introducing programming discipline to an application development group is about as easy as herding cats for most organizations, but JPMorgan Chase (JPMC) has done it and has seen fast savings. Last year, the investment bank introduced the Capability Maturity Model (CMM) into its software development groups to reduce coding chaos, add greater discipline, focus on process and reduce mistakes.
