de Raveschoot will oversee the launch of Rimes' solutions to handle emerging regulations, particularly around benchmarks. He will also be a member of the company's executive committee.

"Bruno's impressive expertise in regulatory compliance technology and senior leadership makes him a strong addition to the RIMES team," said Christian Fauvelais, chief executive officer of Rimes, in a statement.

de Raveschoot has more than 20 years of experience in compliance, providing insight for the company as its customers start to feel the impact of data regulation, Fauvelais said.

He was previously president for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions at NICE Actimize, and has also held positions at CSFB, Tradair and Traxpay.
