Overview
IPC Systems’ Connexus Cloud platform connects over 7,000 financial services firms through electronic and voice trading support, providing them with secure and compliant market access, trade execution and reporting, low-latency market data delivery and distribution, and other data and transaction processing services. Connexus also supports extranet, ethernet and WAN connectivity and specific Connexus Voice, Connexus Broadcast, Connexus Alpha and Connexus Crypto services.

The solution
Connexus Cloud is a multi-cloud platform specifically focused on the global financial industry, providing access to multiple voice and electronic trading services to a community of over 200,000 users within financial services firms. It also combines the security, reliability and compliance of a dedicated private network with the scalability and efficiency of a public cloud.
Secret sauce
Connexus Cloud is a protocol-agnostic, multi-cloud, multi-product ecosystem supporting a range of transaction standards and industry protocols, enabling integration with over 550 public clouds.
It features:
- Global connectivity via hybrid private cloud, extranet, ethernet and WAN
- Trading infrastructure services, including co-location and universal time synchronization and stamping
- “Smart search” technology that captures market data from hundreds of mainstream and social media sources
Recent milestones
IPC was recently certified as a Google Cloud Interconnect Partner. The firm’s customers can now connect to Google Cloud locations globally. The Google partnership represents the most recent expansion of IPC’s Cloud Connect Direct solution, the firm’s network-to-network interface with all major public cloud providers. IPC has partnered with other financial services providers for enhanced cloud connectivity and service delivery, including Beeks, a provider of managed cloud computing and analytics for the capital markets.
Future objectives
IPC’s cloud infrastructure and network connectivity, voice and electronic trading and market data support is continuously enhanced through internal product and technology development and via collaboration with specialized third-party service providers such as Beeks and Celoxica.
