Tier1 acquired Alessa, a compliance and financial crime prevention software solution that positions it to grow its portfolio of solutions to meet its ambitious goal to digitally transform organizational processes.
The vendor appointed James Mitchell as managing director, responsible for accelerating the adoption of the company’s advanced CRM and compliance solutions across Europe and driving further global expansion in Asia Pacific.
